This website, noutla.com, is operated by HorizonecomX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Noutla ("Noutla", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when ordering.

3. Products and pricing

We do our best to display product colors, sizes and descriptions accurately, but we can't guarantee that your screen shows colors exactly. All prices are in U.S. dollars. We may change prices, products or offers at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we cancel a paid order, we'll refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and our payment providers; we don't store your full card details.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and our 90-day warranty are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Pet safety

Our products are designed for dogs and should be used under supervision. Choose the right size for your dog, inspect products regularly and remove any item that is damaged or worn. No toy is indestructible. Noutla products are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to Noutla or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

8. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, to submit false information, or to infringe the rights of others.

Our site may link to third-party websites or use third-party services. We're not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as stated in our 90-day warranty and to the extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noutla will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
